Jan is the owner and CEO of Allwell Care Company and launched it in 2017. She's involved in all aspects of the company, from care calls to the intricate workings of the business. 
Adrian joined Allwell Care in March 2020 and is our Registered Manager. 
Sharen has been with Allwell Care since day one and is our Office Manager. She audits client records, does the invoices, types up care plans and risk assessments, as well as general day-to-day tasks to keep the office running smoothly. 
Christina joined the Allwell Care team in August 2020 and is our dedicated Care Coordinator. She's responsible for both the carer and client rotas, goes out to meet new clients and carry out assessments with them, and does care in the field so that she's always in the loop with our client's care. 
Lottie started working with Allwell Care in May 2021. She is responsible for administration and makes sure the company is compliant with CQC regulations. Her days vary to include carrying out care assessments and typing them up, running the company's Food Bank, and going out to do care calls in the community. 
Bev joined in July 2021 but worked at Allwell Care Company before back in 2017. She's our team leader and spends a lot of time doing care calls in the community, as well as delivering paperwork, doing assessments, and reporting back to the office. She's the person who keeps us directly connected to our client's.
